Refund Policy
Products sold through HexaDigital primarily consist of digital content supplied immediately after purchase, including ebooks, PDFs, guides, templates, planners and other downloadable files.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For consumers to whom European Union law applies, the right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases may cease in relation to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when:
- the customer has expressly consented to the immediate beginning of the supply during the withdrawal period;
- the customer has acknowledged that, by beginning the supply or download, they lose their right of withdrawal;
- the relevant confirmation required by applicable law has been provided.
These requirements derive from European Union rules concerning contracts for digital content.
After Access or Download
Where these conditions have been satisfied and the customer has received immediate access to the digital product, a refund will not normally be available simply because the customer has changed their mind.
